7 Questions for Schools Allowing Anti-ICE Walk Outs
Parents: The time for just complaining is over. It is time to go on a strategic, aggressive offense.
Across the country, “indoctrination centers” disguised as schools are activating our children. They are encouraging students to abandon their classrooms during the school day to march against ICE and support agendas that undermine our laws and our borders.
When schools facilitate these walkouts, they aren’t just “supporting student voices”, they are creating massive legal, safety, and educational liabilities. We have done the work to identify exactly where they are vulnerable.
This toolkit provides you with 7 Hard-Hitting Questions designed to corner school administrators, expose their double standards, and force them to answer for the safety of your children.
How to Use This Toolkit
We have provided two ways for you to take action immediately:
1. The Formal Demand (PDF/Full Text)
Download the full letter for easy copy and paste. Send this via email or certified mail to your Principal, Superintendent, and School Board members. Demand a written response. This puts the district on formal notice regarding liability, viewpoint discrimination, and student safety.
2. The Individual “Action Artifacts” (Graphics for Text & Social)
We have broken each of the 7 Questions into individual, high-impact graphics. These are designed for “guerrilla” accountability:
- Text Blasts: Send one graphic a day to your local parent group chats to keep the momentum going.
- Social Media Pressure: Post a specific question to the school’s Facebook page or tag the district on X (Twitter).
- The “Pocket Reference”: Print these out to hand to fellow parents at the carpool line, sports practices, or church.
The 7 Questions at a Glance:
- Question 1: Custody & Supervision – Who is liable if a child is injured off-campus during a school-sanctioned walkout?
- Question 2: Viewpoint Discrimination – Will the school provide the same immunity and support for a Pro-ICE or Pro-2nd Amendment march?
- Question 3: Unsupervised Minors – Where are the signed liability waivers for every minor leaving campus?
- Question 4: Instructional Time – Is the district counting “protesting” as taxpayer-funded instructional hours?
- Question 5: Safety & Vetting – Have the “community leaders” meeting our kids at protest sites passed background checks?
- Question 6: Truancy & Policy – Why is the school refusing to enforce its own Code of Conduct for this specific political event?
- Question 7: Compelled Speech – What protections exist for students who support ICE and are now facing a “hostile environment” created by the school?
