We discovered that the radical transgender organization GLISTEN (formerly GLSEN), is currently recruiting students to participate in the “2027 National School Climate Survey.” This survey asks your children sensitive questions regarding their personal identities, sexual orientation, and “gender expression.”

While this survey is often distributed through “word-of-mouth” in student clubs or via social media, you have specific, high-level protections under federal law to ensure your child’s privacy is not compromised during school hours or on school grounds.

The “School Club” Loophole: Transgender cultists frequently attempt to bypass transparency laws by distributing these surveys through “student-led” clubs or “Safe Space” classrooms, claiming these are private student activities. Together, they created this “fraudulent surveys” used in after-school clubs to force radical policies, such as keeping your child’s transition a secret, into your local school district.


1. The “Data Architect”: Dr. Yu-Chi Wang

The Identity is the Science Dr. Wang is the School Climate Research Manager at GLISTEN. He doesn’t just study these issues; he is a radical activist who admits in his own scientific papers that his personal identity is the “lens” for his work.

  • The Admission: In his 2025 research, Wang explicitly states he is an “asexual, agender, nonbinary, and trans Taiwanese Asian American person.”

2. The “Enforcer”: Dr. Shweta Moorthy

Turning Feelings into Law If Dr. Wang provides the “data,” Dr. Shweta Moorthy (Director of Research) provides the weapon. She uses a framework called “Research Justice” to make sure parents have no say in their children’s education.

  • “Research Justice”: This is Moorthy’s signature tool. It argues that traditional science—based on facts, biology, and evidence—is “oppressive.” She teaches that a child’s subjective feelings are more important than biological reality or parental rights.

3. How They Collaborate: The Hospital-to-School Pipeline

Wang and Moorthy work in a “closed loop” that bypasses you entirely:

  1. The Survey: GLISTEN clubs (like GSAs) give kids “surveys” designed by Wang. These surveys ask leading questions that virtually guarantee “hostile” results.
  2. The “Science”: Wang publishes these results, citing his “lived experience” as a trans/agender person to give the data “authority.”
  3. The Policy: Moorthy takes that data and creates “toolkits” for your school board. She tells them: “Our research proves that for students to be ‘safe,’ you must hide their transitions from their parents and allow boys into girls’ private spaces.”
  4. The Result: Your school district adopts a “Parental Exclusion Policy” based on “science” that was actually manufactured by two activists with a clear political agenda.

What Parents Need to Know
