Labels Without Limits

“Neurodivergence” is officially the new “non-binary.” It is the new high-value social currency in K-12 public schools.

While the entire nation is pushing back against DEI and Critical Race Theory in K-12, radical activists are pivoting and exploiting special needs students to leverage your empathy.

Spearheading this push is the American School Counselor Association (ASCA). We discovered their new operational manual where it explicitly states that “neuro-affirming counseling” is grounded in Critical Race Theory, Queer Theory, and Critical Disability Theory.

Here is what they are actually doing in your school right now:

• Stripping Away Medical Standards: “Neurodivergent” is a non-clinical umbrella term born out of social science activism. This vague catch-all allows school staff to act as unlicensed pseudo-clinicians, labeling your child whatever they want.
• Bypassing Parental Consent: Real special education (IEPs and 504s) requires formal evaluations, legal reviews, and mandatory parent signatures. By rebranding counseling as informal “neuro-affirming wellness,” school staff conduct psycho-social interventions and self-diagnosis surveys behind your back.
• Siphoning Special Ed Funds: Taxpayer money meant for reading tutors, speech therapy, and actual academic help is being stolen to buy school-wide mental health screeners and pay activist consultants.

There is no such thing as a “trusted adult” in government K-12; they are strangers with titles designed to replace parents. Stop letting activists weaponize your empathy to break your children.
